Order processing and transit
We normally prepare an order within 1–2 business days after payment and order review. After dispatch, transit is estimated at 2–4 business days after dispatch. Neither timeframe is a delivery guarantee and may be affected by carriers, weather, holidays, service interruptions, or destination restrictions.
Shipping charges and order details
Any free-shipping eligibility and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout. The customer is responsible for providing an accurate name, delivery address, email, and phone number. An incorrect or incomplete address can delay delivery or require a new shipping charge.
Tracking, delivery, loss, and damage
When tracking is available, we send it after dispatch. Carrier scans can take time to update. If a parcel is delayed, marked delivered but missing, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us promptly with the order number and supporting details. Our review can require photographs, video, packaging images, or carrier information before determining the appropriate review, replacement, or refund. Delivery services and destinations may be limited where carriers or law impose restrictions.
